1. About Us
We are STYLEGRID FZCO, License Number 30873, a company registered in IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, trading as StyleGrid.
StyleGrid operates as a digital marketplace platform and does not act as a seller or agent of any seller. Purchases made through StyleGrid are direct transactions between the buyer and either:
(a) The brand selling its own inventory, or
(b) The curator reselling inventory from brands with which they have relationships.
StyleGrid does not verify or supervise these relationships. We provide software to facilitate transactions but are not responsible for fulfilment, shipping, or post-sale service.
Marketplace Disclaimer: StyleGrid is not responsible for fulfilment, returns, or product quality. Responsibility lies with the brand or curator. Issues should be resolved directly with them.

3. Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to all purchases on our site. You must be at least 18 to place an order. Consumers and business customers are subject to different clauses where noted.
Use of our site is governed by our Website Terms of Use.
4. Orders
Orders placed are direct between buyer and seller. Sellers are responsible for order acceptance, confirmation, and fulfilment.
5. Product Availability
All sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable products.
6. Order Changes
Contact us as soon as possible for order modifications. Changes are not guaranteed.
7. Product Descriptions
Descriptions are provided by sellers. Colours, images, and measurements are approximate.
8. Use Restrictions
- Consumers: for personal use only.
- Businesses: for internal business use only.
9. Pricing
Sellers set prices and delivery charges. All amounts are in GBP and may include VAT.
10. Payment
Payments are processed directly through sellers’ Stripe or gateways. StyleGrid does not handle payments or disputes.
11. Delivery
Sellers are fully responsible for shipping, tracking, and resolving delivery issues. StyleGrid does not intervene.
12. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Cancellation, return, and refund policies are determined by the seller. Contact them directly using your order confirmation.
13. Faulty Products – Consumers
Your rights may include refund, repair, or replacement depending on the seller’s terms and law. Contact the seller directly.
14. Faulty Products – Business Customers
StyleGrid offers no warranties. All claims must be addressed to the seller.
15. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events.
16. Liability – Consumers
StyleGrid’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable losses up to the value of your current annual subscription. We do not cover product issues.
17. Liability – Business Customers
Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded.

Handled per our Privacy Policy.
19. No Third Party Rights
Only you and StyleGrid may enforce these terms.
20. Complaints and Enquiries
- Consumers: contact the seller directly.
- Brands and curators: contact StyleGrid support.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Consumers: Governed by laws of England and Wales; non-exclusive jurisdiction.
- Businesses: Exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
22. General Terms
We may transfer our rights. Variations must be in writing. If any term is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
